Anyone else's order conformation email summary lacking options?

It doesn't list all - but ask your dealer for a priced DORA. It will have all of your options and is what gets sent back to the dealer from Ford to confirm the build.

Then your dealer hasn't submitted your order yet through WBDO, meaning Ford has no idea what your build is. Or it's in a spam folder. You can check your status by logging into your account on ford.com and looking under orders, it should have an order date and order number, don't worry if the pictured vehicle doesn't match what you actually ordered it just reflects what you originally reserved with the $100. The DORA is what matters.

I ordered at dealer and also never got a confirmation email and my ford.com account shows the reservation was changed to an order. Wasn't in spam folder or anything, but fair enough I saw the order on the Ford ordering system as I watched it being entered, and my account shows it was converted to an order.

Don't include dealer installed accessories in your order.
That's not how the dealer places the order.

You will still be able to add these items to the total purchase price for financing

Your order summary lists Invoice and A/Z/X plan. Did your dealer honor x-plan and you guys agree on a certain invoice below msrp? (Mine only shows msrp)

That is odd, it should change your reservation in the Ford account to "In Store Order" or something similar once the order is placed. I do know that until the dealer places the order in the Ford ordering system banks, it wont alter your Ford account status, and some dealers have a certain day they do that on. For instance, my order was placed on the 31st of Jan, but that was a Sunday and the Dealer converts the orders on Monday all together. On Monday the 1st, my confirmation came as described by my dealer and my account status on Ford matched that same day. Might want to follow up with your dealer to confirm as it should change the status and they should be able to look up your Reservation/Order number (which at this point is the same number) to confirm.
