Anyone get 220000 Fordpass points email? [RESOLVED]

Had to mention it to dealer, 10 minutes later they looked it up in dealer portal and said I was eligible for 20k reservation and 200k painted top, plus 42k for purchase. Walked out with 220k loaded and next day the other 42k showed in Ford Pass. Used to purchase extended warranty.

Dealer told me I can use points for vehicle purchase. I tried to get points added the day we paid for and picked up bronco , dealer couldn't get them to load been a battle ever since.

Every single time the 220k points comes up, there’s always someone who chimes in about how the points are only for switching tops.

This has been proven indisputably wrong countless times already.

First, the 220k points email from Ford that I and many others received says nothing at all about tops. Second, Ford continued to send that exact email for at least 8 months last year, even after being made aware that some of us were getting the 220k points despite never switching tops. This means the emails were not a mistake and Ford intended to do exactly what Ford said in the email; it was points for being an early reservation. Period. The only criteria for receiving those points, is whether or not you got the email.

Re 220,000 fordpass points.

Using the app, I chatted with a Ford pass rep. He/she stated my points where there for my account/purchase, but my dealer needed to apply it. The gave me a Case #, or the could use my Member ID to apply the points.

Ford stated I have 220,000 to be applied.

I got 42000 points for for both Broncos we bought. 84k total. Happened immediately.

I believe the points were for people who order trims that came standard with unavailable items like painted tops. I got 20,000 points from my dealer and 42,000 points form Ford. I came out to $310 I used towards my center console vault.

thanks for all the replys , my email clearly states ill receive 42000 points Plus due to my early reservation and patience an additional 220000 points , and NO fine print on email about any top configuration or any other requirements, and no follow up emails saying they made a mistake. im not giving up yet. im betting i get my points !

You got the 42k, right? Dealer should have helped ypu set up the Fordpass account before you left and those points show very quickly (and it has nothing to do with a Bronco but is every Ford or Lincoln)

I did recieve all the points. it came in a few days after purchase.

Very disappointed in Ford got email last spring saying getting 220000 points , for Early reservations and being patient, still haven't had points added to account, wasted numerous hours and a lot of frustration so far

My dealer took care of that at delivery. Your wine is vintage 2022.

yes , i got my 42000 points right away, took 7 months to get 20000 more points , now i WANT my 200000 points they told me i was getting!

We got our 42,000 for new car but are missing the 20,000 for reservation before 12/2020.

• Are both types of points supposed to come at the same time or separately?
  • If separately, how many days after purchase do the early res points show up in FordPass acct?
• Is my dealer responsible for the latter or Ford customer service?
