They are ZIP files. You have to unzip them to a folder on your computer.

Thanks, I searched service manual but nothing came up! I should thought to use some other terms.

If you are running windows 7 or 10 it should understand zip files. I prefer this program however:

https://www.7-zip.org/a/7z1900-x64.exe

7 zip. You download the zip file and then open it with this program.
