I have 37s on my f350 power stroke. 40s would be ALOT of tire for a bronco. What size brake rotors are on Broncos?
The best guess scaling looks like the rotors are 11" diameter. I've previously posted this graphic in similar threads.

Do I need new rotors and brakes if I want 37s/40s?

I had a few questions that you guys might be able to help with for my selling dealers, since you all have done research and combining minds is always best. I know the black diamond/sasquatch is coming with a 35" tire option, but i have a guy thats asking for 40" tires and i know right now we only have a 3.5" lift available. with a proper offset and width of wheel, would a 40" tire fit without hitting the knuckle? he is doing the fender delete. I keep trying to push him to the 37" because i know it will fit without issue but he has his mind made up. any help would be great

6 months is going to be as quick as you probably can do a new bronco where very limited aftermarket companies have not even gotten their hands on one and will have to wait till they come out and then start. You must've never worked on cars or trucks before 🤣 I’m not going to be able to slap 42’s on my brand new bronco I’ll be lucky to get it all done within a year let alone 6 months. Get out with that boomer meme.
www.4wheelparts.com has had a bronco to fab aftermarket parts. they have exclusive upfits that will be available when the 1st editions start landing

37s are the new 33s. And 40s are the new 37s.

Why are you attacking me for asking a question? What did I do to you?

40s+ are too much. It looks bad and starts becoming way too impractical. If it's a crazy built out crawler rig that's fine but honestly if it's a daily driver it's pretty dorky. 37 is the sweet spot.

As of right now a 3” lift the bronco will only handle a 37” max..... at full compression full turn a 37 hits the frame rail. So I’m not sure how anything will be able to go on bigger unless you actually turn it into a monster truck
