I'm scheduled for March 15th. Driving my bronco and staying on the strip. If anyone needs a ride will have room for a couple.

Will be there Jan 21st. Not worried at all about the temps or weather. Looking forward to it!

Went in November and was awesome. Trails were great and challenging and I was surprised at the size of some the rocks we crawled over. Really put the Broncos to the test.
I agree with what everyone said, dress warm! You will will be eating lunch and dinner in a very wide open area and you're going to freeze, plus they like for you to keep the windows down when on the trails (you'll get to put the seat warmers to good use)

It's 7:30am-about 5pm then dinner and a firepit gathering if you choose to stay. Need to drive from hotel to the off Rodeo event because neither an Uber nor a cab would likely take you there due to the last mile or so gravel road just off the hwy. Recommend renting a car and staying at the Red Rock Canyon Casino where Ford has special rates. From that hotel is about a 30 minute drive up to Mt Potosi where the event is. You will have an awesome time wheeling and awesome vehicle.
When I went Oct 30 multiple people had Uber drive them to the gates for drop and pick up.

Thanks! I appreciate the insight! We are pretty excited about it, just want to make sure we have a plan in place and understand the obstacles.

The guides walk you through each challenging obstacle, follow the instructions of the spotter and you'll have no trouble and a lot of fun. Dead man's drop is not the hardest obstacle, but the best photo op. Lot's of wheels up action.

Sorry, should have been more clear. I meant the obstacles of transportation in Vegas and getting to the event.

I am really looking forward to learning how to navigate the obstacles on the trail though too! Have had a few off-road vehicles over the years but never felt truly confident in what I was doing. Pretty excited to learn!

I was @ Team Ford in LV this weekend picking up a part, and I noticed they had a handful of the off-roadeo rigs in for service. All of them had lightbars, which I don't think were there before. We did our event in the fall, and the sun went down after the day had ended, but how cool would it be to get some wheel time in the dark?

We are planning on going in March. For those that have gone, how did you get to the base camp from town. We are flying in from Idaho and will most likely be staying on the strip. This is on the Off-Roadeo site: Please note that guests are responsible for their own transportation between the hotel and the Off-Roadeo site.
There was a group who Ubered up there, then had the same Uber retrieve them at the end of the day. Set a time, after talking to some of the staff.

The owner of Team Ford is building the Bronco Barn (A place to outfit your Bronco with gear) on Rancho. I wonder if they did the light bars?

We just made our off roadeo reservations last night for March 10th. We will fly in on the 9th, and pick up a rental. Plan on hiking on the 11th so we will need a rental for that too. Then will be staying on the strip the 11th and 12th so those will be the party nights! 🍻🍻🍻

The instructors are GREAT in Nevada and the trails are varied from easy to quite challenging. I would say that my confidence for off-roading increased ten-fold . . . improved confidence was my main takeaway and it is sure to be yours as well! You will have a ton of fun while learning a ton at the same time.
