I’ll probably mount a med kit. Maybe an AED if I can find one for a reasonable price.
Yeah, I'm just starting to see Phillips home AEDs back in stock in a few places. Maybe in a few more months it will be better, but for a while anything related to critical care was hard to get your hands on. I'm just not ready to spend $2K for something that will sit that much.

Ditto on the thanks for this link.
Just what I needed, more stuff to spend on.

And by the way, as a curiosity:
GMRS or CB?
I have a Uniden handheld CB, but thought about also getting a GMRS setup.
We are just all kinda limited on space, curious what most run/recommend.
I know it depends on what your group or club (if you are in one, I am not yet) runs.
But I've been hearing more about the GMRS lately on the FB offroading pages.
I’ll be installing GMRS.

I think a lot of the more established events (EJS) use CB. As you said, it all depends on the club/group.

I'm just doing a cupholder and ipad holder for my rugrats. I'll probably add a first-aid kit somewhere eventually.

I’ll be doing a rear seat delete as soon as Goose Gear has something available for the 2dr… so no concerns with rear passengers or pouches being in the way.

I’ll likely utilize the seat back molle panels for a first aid kit, tool pouch, maybe a folding shovel (super useful - better to need and not have) and a flashlight with molle holster/pouch, which will likely be used the most.

I've been thinking about this midland gmrs. I like that all the controls are on the mic and I could probably do a 'stealth' install.

Like @VelocityBrew , I also don't want to pack the interior with crap hanging all over the place. I don't have a garage, so I keep all my trail equipment in the truck 24x7. I need a way to neatly organize everything. I'm leaning towards the cargo enclosure and some blue ridge bags to organize or the cargo drawer.

I hate clutter and the idea of hanging a ton of crap off the back of my seat makes me
I hate it too. That said, I’m thinking something like drop pouches which basically store away small but useful for trash or keeping small things from rolling around.
in other words. Low profile clutter control when needed.

Yeah that’s a great option at a good price. Small enough to be able mount it concealed somewhere.
probably the route I’ll go to have both capabilities, just in case.
I’m a “just in case” kinda guy so it’s easy to get carried away with packing too much crap.
I literally carry water purification straws, suture kits, and tourniquets, which I’ve not had to use any of, thankfully.
But I carry all kinds of crap like that.
Easy to also make a bug-out bag in-buggable as well! 😂

I have that tendency as well, but living in small NYC apartments and using the cargo area of my g-wagen as a garage keeps me from buying a lot of stuff.

Same here. The back seats are pointless since it’s just going to be the dog and gear back there. It would be nice if Goose Gear would make a larger floor mounted roll out that takes the place of the rear seat bottoms, but still allows the storage of doors and panels. The one from Ford prevents on vehicles storage

That’s exactly my hope as well… basically like they have for the JK and JL. Perhaps with some extra storage compartments where the seat bottoms were.

To get my mind off of this vehicle, I took 2 weeks and watched youtube videos and passed the Technician level amateur radio license class, not that hard, plus a great diversion.

This is pretty much my plan as well. I'll start with Amazon to see what they have, then gradually go upward in $$$ if needed (REI, that link in the first page of this thread, etc).

I am hoping the aftermarket has a solution to remove it 🤷‍♂️
Maybe try a hammer or fire. Yeah fire can remove most things. Starting fluid is a a good source. :ROFLMAO: Just joking. I know you just want to get Molly off your back!
