Anyone installed K&N's intake in Bronco Raptor?

I know there is at least one other alternative but I'm focused on this one. I'm curious about fitment and overall quality. They claim it is legal and won't affect your warranty but I don't see an exemption number. Not sure if it somehow falls under the "replacement part" category but am concerned about how it is legal. I'd consider this system to go with the FP tune I have coming as well as Borla's exhaust, should all work together well.

i have 21 bd 2.7 4dr softy
run full k&n air intake and full borla touring ,,sound great and yes performs better

Interesting; only ~5 hp peak power gain but a huge increase in torque.

Stay away from the S&B. The acrylic lid is know to pop off randomly.

I have been running one for a while, easier to clean than keep replacing them.

Agree. I am not looking for more noise so the closed box should help; all that area under the curve would be worth it to me if real.

You’re getting a check engine light? Are you using the bronco raptor system?

63-2619 appears to be the 2.7L intake for his Outer Banks edition.

After watching this video, would like to see someone with a Raptor do a video…a lot of comments about how ricey this sounds on an I4….not what I’d want.

Interesting that he had an issue with that "Y" fitting. When I saw it in the list of parts for the Bronco Raptor I immediately didn't like it from a strength perspective, visually anyway.

I like the K&N system. But I cannot find a Bronco Raptor video of one and K&N has none in stock on their own site. I have a Borla exhaust system in place and the FP tune on the way. I may call K&N to try to unearth more. If I buy, I'm getting it from Lethal.
