Under the spare on the rear gate are two of these little plastic support thingys, that the spare rests on.

Seems they help with keeping some stress off the spare tire carrier and spreads the load over a larger area.

Issue is I have a pretty big gap there since I went with 0 offest wheels, so would like to replace the current ones with larger ones, so the spare is actually resting on them.

Would imagine they are sold in different sizes for different vehicles but no idea what they are called to look it up and any of my searches have come up empty.

So, anyone know what they are called?

Generally speaking, thats a bump stop. You'd generally call it a spare tire bump stop on a Jeep.. Im sure Ford uses similar terminology.

Might be able to buy a bicycle inner tube cut it and fold it over itself and then zip tie it to the stop until you can find the real deal. It's behind the tire so nobody will see it. 🤷

I doubt Ford sells them bigger for zero offset wheels

Spare tire bump stops. You need longer ones to keep the spare from swaying. There are a bunch of different ones made for Jeeps for just such a situation.

Also, the hockey puck method:

Awesome thanks
Sorry, I said that without knowing how the bump stop is mounted. Assumed it has a screw or bolt. If it's simply a hole that the bump stop "presses" into, you might need to search around for a larger replacement.
