As a second opinion,
I am running 1.25” spacers on my Badlands Sasquatch and I am super happy with the results!
I found that the ride became less jarring over small road imperfections and the steering is much lighter and responsive.
(Plus it looks badass with just the right amount of poke…)

BORA one inch spacer made in the USA Sparks Nevada. One inch spacer had to trim the studs 1/8th. Drives just fine 4500 miles now.

Have 1.5” spacers. About 11k miles. Had them on stock BL 33” then added 315s wildpeaks. Handles better. Zero wandering and feels more stable off road

If you don't want to cut your studs, go 1.25" minimum!

I too went with Bora via Stage 3 Motorsports.

Just throwing this out there...

No need to trim the studs just because they are proud of the spacers. There are threads which make it clear that 0.75 inch spacers will work fine with SAS wheels, because the pockets are so deep on the backside of the wheels.

I'm pretty sure that 1" will fit with all of the Ford wheels without trimming.

I am sure that you are correct.

If you have steel wheels you need to go with minimum of 1.25" spacers if you don't want to cut.

1 " will fit all of the aluminum wheels without cutting.

0.75" will fit SAS without cutting.

So I could run 1" spacers with the standard Big Bend wheels?
