Anyone swap out 7-spd shift knob yet? Pics???

Huh, interesting. Wonder how effective the Delrin is. I definitely found the shifter to be pretty dang cold in the winter.

I had boomba racing shift knob in my WRX and even in -10°F temps the knob wasn't extremely cold. I loved their weighted shift knob

I spent 2 days of my life machining parts to try to adapt a white cue ball to my 7sp .
Ended up with something that worked but it made it 1.5 in higher and was unacceptable, I had the lockout all figured out too.
Guess I might plunk down the $ and try the ready made one. The stock shifter uses attachment methods that im sure make the assembly go quick but customization horrible.

Yeah, it really makes a difference. I was stuck in traffic for over an hour the other evening, so was constantly changing gears. The @Boomba Racing knob feels sooooooo much better than the OEM one! One of the best upgrades I've made to my rig.

its a typical heatwave here in Dirty Jerzy, It was warm to the touch with the inside of the truck being hot and yet it wasnt unbearable, probably just a tiny smidge warmer than the stock, probably the same.

cant wait for the ssk, any preview or install guide you can share?
