Anyone with Sasquatch package painted their beauty rings?

I took it to a shop that powder coats wheels. It was $200 for all five beauty rings.

I was happy the wildtrak comes with the black rings since I'd seen the silver ones in person and wasn't much of a fan, but man the carb gray painted rings look good. Just enough two-tone look to be interesting but still subtle. I think this is going on the "things to do someday assuming I ever actually get my vehicle" list

I'm planning on taking mine off and having them powdercoated copper. You can pretty much choose any color you want, so choose a bronze color you like, take it to a local powdercoaters and have them color match it. That way you get exactly what you want!

I had a wheel guy paint mine

carbonized grey so they match the badlands grill. Look way better!

that’s what I’m gonna do! did he pull the paint code for that? is it actually the carbonized gray color from Ford
Because I was thinking about going to AutoZone and look at all the different factory Gray spray paint for different vehicles.

Painted mine Carbonized Gray and then hit them with Gloss Clear after scuffing them up with Scothbrite.

Is there a rattlecanthat has that color? “carbonized gray” or is it just a charcoal gray? Dupiclor? VHT?

I'm colorblind so I often don't know when something matches, or doesn't match, is complimentary or not. I once painted lawn reindeer decorations green because I thought it was brown.

Paint codes were made for me. I didn't want to take a chance on it looking good to me while everyone else pointed and laughed at the mismatched kid!

Yessir.

One can of M7 and one can of clear were plenty to do all 5 wheels for me (3 coats).
