I don't know where you are getting this. By looking at this dealer lot and, quite frankly, many dealer lots, there are no issues with building nicely appointed trucks. Why are people still acting like this is a thing where there is a dealer with 19 fucking Raptors with mark-up. My exact build is on a dealer lot near my home for $77K. Yet somehow all of us at 8-900 days waiting have to change our build. This is not a coincidence.

Folks, open your eyes. FORD is LYING!!!! You aren't getting built because of money!!! They want more money. If you want a Wildtrack and are not afraid to pay, go to your favorite dealer and order when the banks open. You will get your truck. I would act fast because I predict the mid-year price increase will make your eyes water.

I don’t think BaT cares. He just plain outbids other retail buyers.

Did you actually check VINs or just making an educated guess?

As others have noted here if this is the case this is extremely risky. Current used (or new) market value isn't anywhere near these asking prices and is obviously much closer to what is being paid on BaT. I've posted a graph of that historical pricing prior and it's been decreasing steadily at roughly $10k/month.

I too hope this dealer loses a small fortune on this strategy.
