Good numbers for Ford pretty much all the way around. Nice.

Hmm, EVs not doing too well. Is anyone actually surprised about that?

Wow, great numbers. Bronco is selling very well with the warm weather, so nice to see the momentum remains.

Ford owes everyone on this forum for making the Bronco life look just as awesome as it really indeed is.

After Super Cel, think we all helped to convert some in the East Tennessee and North Georgia areas for sure. Ha ha!!

Doesnt help when Ford's product is now 4 years old and looks dated vs the competition technology wise. This is coming from someone who owns both a 21 Bronco and a Cadillac Lyriq. I considered getting a lightning but I can't justify the purchase vs the Silverado EV or GMC Seirra EV.

I really wouldnt knock the technology if you have never tried it. Really is a night and day difference vs combustion on ride quality, handling, and power.

The weird lighting on the Lightning was never going to age well. It reminds me of a 1995 Mercury Sable. Externally it should be indistinguishable from the gas model, a lot of people just want normal looking cars.

Once the bargain discounted 2024 models are all gone, and dealers are depending on flop Freewheeling and Stroppe trims, 2025 will not be a great sales year owing to the gutted Bronco trim range.

Employee pricing does have its benefits.

I highly doubt dealers expected Freewheeling or Stroppe trims to be volume sellers. The masses likely don't care so much about some of the trims/options removed like the hardcore folks on the forums. Sales would have to fall off pretty bad in the back half of the year for overall sales to fall below 2024. The base model returning certainly won't hurt sales going forward.

I came close too running to the dealer last week on two 2025 2Dr bases they got in. They were under $40k, not the days of $28k but its 5 years later.

No surprises on the EV sales... those thumping their chests on EV sales globally discount the influence of the Chinese EVs that are super cheap. What is interesting is the continued growth of Hybrid's, indicating that American's are looking for more economical and/or powerful solutions and are willing to pay for it. Toyota sniffed that out long ago. There's a place for EV, but a larger place for Hybrid and continued emphasis on efficiency.

Dealers had a decent Q1 only because of the discounted 2024 models abnormally goosing sales in the quarter. Once they're gone, the diminished scope of the Bronco line-up will be painful for dealers over the rest of 2025. The Wildtrak was a strong seller in 2024. Freewheeling and Stroppe will be low volume flops in 2025. The lack of powertrain options will effect sales severely in 2025. Discontinuing the 2-door Heritage, the iconic nucleus of the Bronco brand, was a shocking decision. And of course, perhaps the most interesting of all trims and certainly offering tremendous value alike the Heritage for the money, the Everglades is the gem that was not promoted.

So Bronco is #2 best selling SUV aside from the fleet-incentivized law enforcement Ford Explorer?
