Looks awesome!

Were you able to keep the heating feature? Also, it looks like the Alcantara is coming loose on the bottom left of the wheel in the last pic.

@EIGHTLUG this is really tremendous work. Still interested for my Base, but with some different material choices. Let us know what's available, e.g., leather instead of Alcantara, and if it's possible to go leather all around or of there are some alternatives to the carbon. With the right materials combo, I'll definitely be making this upgrade in due time.

Really sweet look for your Badlands @Michael Grasso, enjoy!

I wonder if paddle shifters would play nicely since the Bronco doesn't have them originally. 🤔

@EIGHTLUG , have you done any paddle shifter retrofits?
I've seen some F150 owners swap in the Raptor wheel and get working paddle shifters. I haven't seen anyone attempt that on the Bronco yet.
The Bronco Raptor wheel also has extra buttons for exhaust and suspension settings I wouldn't want, unless I could somehow integrate the suspension button with Icon CDEV and the exhaust button with a custom cutout.

I would think it wouldn't work without the addition of a harness to control the shifting. Having a wheel with paddle shifters is the easy part. Making it work with a vehicle that didn't have it from the factory might be a challenge. I'll need to order a BRaptor steering wheel and dig into it.

yes, something like this harness for the F150. glad to hear the hardware is straight forward.

@EIGHTLUG - I've sent you a few e-mails over the past few months to try and get started with a steering wheel, but haven't had a response yet. I've sent emails to [email protected] - have I got the email address correct?

According to Tim Bartz it looks like the '23 is going to lose the heated steering wheel so for '23 the absence of a AR heated steering wheel option probably won't make a difference. Actually since CF and suede don't get hot or cold a AR wheel might be preferable with no heated steering wheel.
