I think these came from ULine and when they showed up I asked the same thing. We have what seems like thousands of them. If you want me to throw one in with every shift knob order, I’ll definitely do that.

We used to use them or shipping parts to the anodizing shop. Pretty common for any machine shop that deals with lots of small parts.

While I've ordered from AR before and know what to expect, what I ordered is not vital to my enjoying my Bronco, but for some it may be. Regardless, in my opinion, the biggest negative of AR is that they set the delivery expectation for their products, it's not the customer who sets that expectation. Then when the expectation isn't met, and the proactive communication is frankly pretty poor, the bad feelings start.

Delays happen and we all understand that, but honest and open communication is key, and it should be volunteered by AR and not only as a result of people asking quesitons.

I will enjoy my shift knob / lever when it arrives, and while I'd like it sooner than later, my patience is still there.

July 5th and back at it! All of the current orders for solid color CHISEL are off the lathe. There are also some that are full raw that are up for gear pattern machining. These pics will be at powder coat on Monday. Fingers crossed the knobs that were dropped off last week will be ready. I’m thinking 50/50 odds since there was a holiday thrown in the mix.

No, this is just another indication that they are having severe cash flow problems.
It’s not surprising considering the state of the economy. Many companies are failing. Inflation and higher wages have made many companies unprofitable.

Wow you have a lot of information I don't see in that link. Am I missing where it says they're accused of avoiding taxes because they're going under? You realize people make clerical errors that have to be amended?
