well, I came onto the site today because I wanted to order another B.A.L.L.S to add a radar detector mount in addition to my iphone mount and in searching for the thread to see if there was a Labor Day sale from AR, I find this thread.

I think I will order a 1" ball from RAM even though it will not match at 1/3rd the price. Just don't need the drama and irritation. Such a shame, some of the mods I got from AR were nice. Expensive but nice.

Only disappointment was the BAM BYOD that never sat "level" on my dashboard. Oh well.

On second look, I think it's just the shifter, no reverse lockout. The shifter has been finished for a while but they were holding onto it until the lockout was done. Apparently they got tired of holding it and just shipped it

Same here. Knob is shipping, lockout is not.

How long did it take for them to respond to you? I sent them a message via the contact page 2 days ago (could’ve been 1 day ago for some reason I’m having trouble remembering tbh) and was just wondering when to expect a response back.

In general, I haven’t received an update on my order since March 12th, which itself was just a notice that my item will ship when ready.

Well, the chisel didn’t arrive in August as indicated by their automated email. I guess we’ll see if September is our lucky month.
