Not sure what you speak of? The paint! If you mean interior threads/grab bars.... No clue.
Yes, does the interior accent Orange color match cyber orange exterior color?
I haven't seen cyber orange in person to know.
If they are, that's fine. I just want these shackles to match with my Badlands accents.

I'll say I doubt it. I remember the orange stitching was orange!

I’ve had this 3D printed SITH Shackle laying around for a couple weeks, in anticipation of finally picking up our Bronco. Well, that time has arrived! I can’t tell you how much easier this will make R&D for parts!

First impressions, nailed it! In my opinion, the proportions and shape are just right. It definitely has the bespoke look I was going for, but looks right at home on the modular bumper.

I’ll get pricing up before Thanksgiving. I have several feelers out there for the 7075 billets that I’m waiting to receive. Yes, 7075! Not that typical 6061. Structural aircraft components are made from 7075. This is the good stuff. The bolt is an 18-8 3/4” stainless steel. Just all around burly hardware.

If I smash go on the SITH tomorrow, I’d expect to have completed pairs ready to ship early to mid January, due to the Holidays. I have a local club member with a Badlands so I can get the orange swatch dialed in and make both colors (Watermelon Sugar Red and Badlands Orange) available at launch.

That's called natural patina. Can you imagine how many STARBUCKS drive thrus some of us would have to go through to gain that effect?

How about just having a pair done in Matte Ceramic Clear cerakote (MC-161). Totally functional and depending on the color of your rig, would look really good.

I'll take a set in this finish!!! Similar to a finish Rogue offers on their racks. Wears way better over time.

Is there any way to incorporate an antitheft feature similar to these? Yeah, I have trust issues. 😜

That's a cool idea. I can incorporate something snazzy like that.

I just had my bumper and the mounts replaced due to shipping damage getting the paint...I have the good ol amazon shackles going and while they fit on the originals one of my replacements is wider so i could not get one of the soft washers on both sides of one of them. Long story short there maybe some manufacturing inconsistencies that going too snug may be a problem. Anyway in when you get to it. Badlands possibly or cactus.

Given you need a tool anyways, is this extra security necessary? If someone wants something bad enough they can take it. It is those that are looking for easy that I worry about and I think you already have that covered. No?

Agreed, if you are already using a SHCS, not many people are carrying around a hex key to be able to remove that bolt. And the way you have it counterbored into the body, they can't get pliers on it either.
The shackles that a simple hand twist bolt, which is most of them, are the type I'd want anti-theft on.

For those that may have been curious, the OEM WARN winch recovery brackets have the same width as the recovery points on the Modular Bumper which means the S.I.T.H. Shackles will cross right over. I.D. of the holes are near identical too.
