Doesn't look any different from when I saw it in-person few weeks back at Mountain West Expo.

Yeah, that’s no good. That winch is not recessed at all, and the whole bumper clearly blocks the front camera. 🤨

Oh, well… hopefully someone will eventually tackle the recessed winch and relocated intercooler like they did on the Bronco R. 🤷‍♂️

Jaysus!! That thing looks even worse from the side profile.

Side note: Either that thing is lighter than it looks, or the Squatch suspension can really hold some weight. (Assuming it’s the stock suspension still)

Thought the same thing until I noticed the jack under the front bumper… probably under load. That bumper is HUGE!

For those of us that live in the lands of many deer this is a win. Down under these are referred to as "Roo Guards".

Looks Awful. Probably needs a 4" front lift to hold level.

Looking at the construction the overall unit appears to be pressed Aluminum with the center decorative and bull bar supports cast aluminum (strength?). The bull bar tubing could be steel or aluminum. The Intercooler opening looks good, you can see the cooler fins in the photo. However, the Lux package ACC sensor will not work with this bumper, based on the original they have it half blocked and the new grille screen appears to be expanded metal which will block the radar waves.

Knowing how ARB loves making bumpers heavy as hell. This one probably eats half of the payload.

I swear their slogan is "if it's lite, it ain't right"

if I could get it without the brush guard, I would take it in a second. I love ARB bumpers but they seem to have made the upper tube thicker than their other bumpers. the rally lights look like crap though. Love the rest of the bumper.

It's either All Aluminum or All Steel.....
as I'm not aware of a process to weld the two together (tube to bumper)....

I'd guess that it's all Aluminum, because if it's all steel... that would be very heavy!

Again, a heavy front bumper would help in regards to rear sag if someone is towing a trailer..... just saying....

From experience with other ARB bumpers, they are ALL steel, the tubing does look oversized though. But like on other vehicles, ARB is a love/hate thing. I just know that they were the only DOT rated bumper for FJs because of their brackets. A lot of owners swear by them for saving their life in head on collisions or with animals.
