@EIGHTLUG I've seen something like this on Jeep overland rigs that is overhead from the crossbar to the windshield.

Rear cargo area sides (2 door for me, but I assume that 4 door would be the bigger seller).
Seat back panels for those of us without BD or BL trim
Maybe console sides, or inside the console lid/armrest

The tailgate piece will most likely be the first one we tackle.

I forgot to share this, earlier in the thread, so you’re getting this now.

We were out wheeling the Raptors last summer and stopped to break in some of our firearm builds. I had a couple pieces of the carbon composite I use for our race car front splitters with me and thought it would be a good time for some product testing. I’ve always touted this material as ‘bulletproof’, because, well, it is…

What you see in the pictures below is an 11mm thick piece of carbon composite that was fired at, at about 6’ away. Point blank, if you will, with 115 grain Winchester 9mm. Your basic handgun round, for layman’s terms. Three rounds in close proximity. No rounds got through. We probably could have kept firing at it, but bullets are expensive, these days.

This is the same material that the MOLLE panels, and soon after, the skid panels will be made from. Bulletproof, lightweight, carbon fiber. Our Broncos will be the first to have it, simply because I’m doing it. 💪🏽

Tailgate drop shelf.
Reiterating this one. Tailgate drop table.

molle panel bags with knives / cutting boards / prep equipment. Drop the molle table and you’re good to go.

Weird…those holes look like exit holes, I guess that’s just how the carbon works. Does the bullet literally go in and then pop out the same hole?

How about the side panels like these on the Dee Zee Sema build? Maybe tying in a cargo enclosure…..

The bullets are trapped inside the carbon weave. You can see on the backside a slight color shift where the rounds made impact. The military used this same material, but a lot thicker, to line vehicles and armored units against IEDs. It’s totally legit.
