Archetype Racing Industries LLC delivery delays?

Hello All, hey, is anyone experiencing any delays in delivery from Archtype Racing? Back in January I ordered the Fender Badges ($295) for my Sasquatch. It has been for going on five months, and I have not been able to speak with a person or connect with anyone via email. I could make the argument that they are out of business. Does anyone know about this organization?

Definitely not out of business. You can email [email protected] or ping @EIGHTLUG on here. I know they have significant lead times - but, their products are worth the wait.

I’ve never had an issue getting a response from them.

I know they just started mailing those badges out over the past several weeks. I’m sure yours are coming soon.

They are niche small business. Have ordered lots of stuff from them. High quality. They are slammed with orders right now. Not making excuses for them but just letting you know the stuff is worth waiting for and you'll be happy when you get it. Team has been very nice when I did get a response.

I ordered a D-MOSH from them last week, and it was delivered 7 days later. I personally have had no issues with them, but I understand some of their products take a while to have machining runs, etc, done.

I have been waiting close to two months for my Bronco Magnum Stirrups for my 4 door and I havent received a response to my direct email wither @EIGHTLUG . I do occasionally get a generic email from Archetype, but never a direct response. The last one said in part "If you are receiving this update, you are probably about 3 weeks away from tracking on your Magnums or are in queue for a pre-order item. " Is it normal to wait more than 2 months for a part like this? I just wish I knew that in advance of my purchase. I am excited to get them but it is taking forever.

Mine took almost 3.5 months. They arrived last week. The website now says there's a 10-wk backlog on them (wish they'd had these message there all along to set expectations).

Sitting at 16 weeks since ordering. Received email a few weeks back saying they were shipping last week, then absolutely nothing.

I ordered mine in late May, and still nothing. I got the same "you are about 3 weeks out" 2 months ago, and nothing since. At 17 weeks now.

Mine is out for delivery now. I ordered the Bronco Magnum Stirrups on 5/5/23 and they should be here 9/20/23. More than a 4 month wait - Hopefully they come in good shape and the product is worth while. Their communications are just horrible - I likely wont ever buy something from them again.
