Greeting all, new member, excited and about to place my order!

Just curious, when placing orders, do delivery times differ from dealer to dealer? Assuming the same exact build, but just at a different store. Trying to make sense of figuring out which dealership might be better than another to order, assuming they're all charging the same price (MSRP)

Thanks!

Pretty much the same everywhere.

Just walk into any dealer and make your order and about 4-6 weeks later your Bronco should be delivered.

I ordered in 2020 and am hoping to take delivery this year!

If you search for the order process or any of the weekly build week threads you'll find more information. It's literally at your fingertips.

No. Dealer allocations play into the the equation. However that is all dependent on the position of the moon at the time of order. But the moon position can be overridden if the wind is blowing from the NW. Of course all of that is trumped by solar flares. If you are lucky enough to order during a solar flare you might get your Bronco some day.

4-6 weeks!?!?!?!?! Really, quit it with this disinformation, it's more like 3-4 weeks, tops.

Every dealer will be different. Way to many variables in play.

  • Dealer allocations
  • Buildable orders in front of you
  • Constraint items
  • Location of the dealer
  • Availability of transport from MAP to the dealer
Best bet is to order and find a distraction in your life. Don't be constantly worrying about and checking on the status of your order. It will happen when it happens.

Sorry, I just used the generic timeframe the Ford tracker gives you once your rig goes to "in production" after they issue your Vin.

Like the good folks whose Broncos are in thr healing lots at Ice Mountain.

Website said 4-6 weeks from "in production" to local delivery.

This!

I'll also attempt to howl upwind and see if that tips the scales a bit.

I've got a Wrangler 4XE coming my way so that'll distract me some, but I drove a 2 door Bronco this week and now the other half wants to sell the 2D jeep for a 2D bronco. Are there any 'known' trims that might go into production faster?

while many things contribute to how long it takes to get your order.

your choice of dealer only matters if a particular dealer has an unusually large number of orders already in the queue relative to the number of vehicles they ordinarily sell.

This is not typically an issue, unless its one of the dealers who promoted discount pricing and attracted orders from outside their territory.

I dont think any socal dealers were playing that game... though still likely that they took a crap ton of reservations.

Final delivery???

EZPZ ..... Choose a dealer in the Northwest Indiana area.
The Bronco was at my dealer the same day he loaded it at the plant in Wayne, Mi.

It was loaded first thing in the AM , I was driving it home by 6PM.

God forbid you pick a dealer west of the Mississippi or South of the Ohio though.

Huge issues with those train rides, but not as bad as those boat rides here lately.

Ask a dealer in Hawaii.

That makes total sense, thank you. Was always wondering what happens if a small Ford store in a rural farming town took thousands of orders at invoice lol... I guess it *could* be seen as better to buy from a dealer thats closer.
