My dealer has been very good when prompted.
I also have a VIN that was generated on September 3 after I switched to soft top on September 2. My build week is also Nov. 1, having been bumped to then from October 4 via November 30!
Looks like lots of us Canuckleheads have Nov. 1 build weeks - might be a unit train of car carriers heading to the west…

My dealer is really good at checking for updates on my build once I tell him about the delays I've read about on this forum.

Usually, B6G has the info before my dealer on almost every topic. When they didn't have the information, they made the effort of getting it everytime. They've always been forthcoming with the available info at hand.
As for the transfer to MY2022, my dealer had all the info. Same timeline as the US, do a search for the topic it won't be hard to find...
So, I think it's not the location of the dealer but how interested they are in customer service and giving correct information.

Talked to my dealer today and order banks open up on the 13th as stated. Build and Price is what will come later I think next week or early October? I'm going in asap.

My dealer updates me automatically with things regarding my build date and stuff. I’m not being pushed to ‘22 so not sure about that but I’m sure they’ve been in contact with those who are. Cam Clark Ford in Airdrie.

It painfully obvious that Canada Ford dealers are as bad as the majority of our dealers here in the states. Good luck folks, I hope that changes for the both of us. If any of the clueless dealers read this forum they should be aware of how disgusted their customers are, and be very ashamed.
