are the door pillars not supposed to match

Also each top is different

Soft top looks like black twill to me. Similar to what you see on the premium Jeep soft tops.

Ford also calls it "black." Not sure where the "dark grey" comes from. It looks black in all the images as well.

Welcome, you must be new here. We have been complaining about this for sometime now. There are too many mismatched shades of grey to black on the different trims. It wouldn’t be so bad if the top was satin black

Somebody on here could do some rendering color studies of:
Top: Black, Pillar: Black
Top: Body Color, Pillar: Body Color

* I think you will find if the pillar is body color, it looks a little like an out of place stripe.

I think you could get it painted if you wanted it body color

Here's a good picture with the soft top and you can see the B-pillar trim. I don't mind it on the modular top or the soft top because they are also black, but on the four door it really stands out on the MIC gray top. I think it blends in enough on a two door.

you could ask this guy to color the pillars on his color studies
it might not look so bad, but that rear window has alot of black trim in the back side of it.

it does narrow the field. badly R-G color blind, so the only color i see well is blue. AMB looks great to me... then the grey rims, grey top, and black pillar just kind of destroy it. carbonized grey looks decent, the rest all look awful to my eyes.

i am surprised such a large company doesnt employ some colorblind people for the color choices.
