In general, are you satisfied with your dealer during this process?

Just a general question. Don't think too much into it. First answer that comes to mind. I'm just curious. Are you satisfied with your dealer during this process? If so, maybe post name and location of dealer and let's get those good dealers some more business!

I shopped around for a dealership that would be reasonable, if I had just used my "hometown" dealer then I would NOT be satisfied.

No. They've been ok to work with but haven't reached out at all. It's pretty hard to get a hold of them and I have no idea where my day 1 reservation stands in line.

Yeah, I am extremely happy with my dealership. Didn't start out that way.

Tried to get in on a group buy in North Texas, but for whatever reason the organizers didn't include me communications after a time. So, I went out on my own.

I ended up changing to Sewell Ford in Odessa, TX. Changed from them after they failed on a promise.

Found my current dealership. Super happy with them. Got a great price, it's really close to my house and the guys there are the best.

Really wishing I had moved my reservation to Granger. I would fly up there to get it now.

After some insane pressure tactics from the 'big' dealership in town and two dealerships in Charlotte, I figured I'd try the tiny dealership near me when I wanted to get a Mustang. The whole buying process had me in and out under an hour, and about the same on my 20 Escape. The sales guy I have now says it's because they really only have 5 parking spaces for sales customers so they try to get people in and out fast so it doesn't hurt their sales.

So yeah, their customer service in sales rocks and I am pretty happy with them.

EDIT 2021-APR-23:
To show the 5 spots thing:
The slots in blue -sales customer parking.
The slots in red are for service. Parts customers usually parallel park alongside the building on the right side. The rest is all inventory (they do fleet, retail, and used).
