These pictures are the best I’ve seen of A51. Haven’t really been interested in it until now. Not a fan of the painted fender flares though, or the mirror caps for that matter. The black/grey ones look better imo

I think that the painted flares with the painted top is the only way the OBX is going to look good.
That would be something to see! I totally forget sometimes there will be an option to get paint-matching tops.

Don’t let the pics fool you, A51 is darker in person. Something about photos not being able to replicate the color. Just saw this color in person at the mammoth Mtn event.

Hmmm, wow, i had to look closely several times before i agreed with you. That is glass (probably)
This is the photo that shows it best. You can see the white truck through the glass.

This has such a classic uptown, tuxedo park vibe to it that if these ever become a classic collectible. They will be sought after.

I saw it person yesterday and was shocked. It’s not baby blue like i thought. More of a flat/pastel aqua or turquoise color. Looked very washed out next to my grabber blue stang. I’m off the bandwagon and back on the cactus grey hype train lol

There was an option in the very beginning for the paint matching top on the OBX when I made my reservation and then Ford pulled the plug on it.

I’m getting a badlands A51. If any of you Outer Banks people don’t want the painted fender flares I’ll trade ya straight up!

I love the matching painted fenders and this color is perfect IMO. Interior is ok by me also.

Thank you for the fabulous pics, especially the close-up view of the front bumper area. The next time you sneak into the product development storage lots (Tomorrow?) please take some well-lighted photos of the lower bumper and bash plate area. I am curious about the difference between standard front bash plate, and modular bumper/upgraded bash plate option.
