love it or hate it, cactus grey is really just an off-white
Exactly ... like a light concrete or grout gray. Only how it contrasts to its surroundings does it "appear" to be green. I have a feeling there's going to be a lot of shocked owners when they get their Bronco thinking it's some kind of green.

I'm still ridiculously torn between these two colors. I don't like A51 with the black WT/FE grille, but I do with cactus. Then on the Badlands grille and MIC top I like A51 more. Can't decide between FE Cactus Bronco or Badlands A51 now lol - AHHHH!

Ford Bronco Area 51 vs Cactus Gray side-by-side comparison (on Sport) 1607795215191

GOOD PICS ...... TY .... I think Cactus Gray does NOT have the greenish hue everyone has been talking about and it will definitely hide the dust n dirt better
And hiding scratches/wear on the paint more too!

There is no doubt that Cactus Grey will be the better color in the wild. Easer to maintain and will hide dirt and scratches better.

If Area 51 was offered on the Base, my color dilemma would be over.

Just saw the color pages at a dealership today. For reference today is a miserably gray day (not carbonized gray, not gray grey) just miserable. The A51 and Cactus Gray pages from the color book are VASTLY DIFFERENT than just about any picture I have seen on B6G. A51 is a deeper blue and Cactus is a much deeper gray. And both of those are MUCH MUCH deeper and richer. Wet concrete might be somewhat accurate for Cactus Gray. MA State Police blue is a few dozen shades lighter than A51.

*sigh*

Definitely going Cactus on this. I saw A51 in person and it was darker than expected. Looking forward to lighter color since I have a blacked out SUV now. Tough to keep it clean.
