Heading into August now --- at what point will they call builds a 2022 Bronco? I'm scheduled for 8/9 but who knows....

The switchover for production of 2022s is mid December. I don't remember the exact date, but it was posted on this site a while back.

In that thread, it says final 2021 ordering is 9/3. So if you don't get scheduled by that week, you will be a 2022. When 2022 ordering opens on 9/13 (according to that thread) you'll have the option to switch up your build.

They've already said they're switching to MY22 in early to mid December.

Yep, 2 more scheduling windows open: July 22 for Sept, and Aug for October.
After that they are MY22 builds.
Thus if you are not scheduled this week or next month...then you get a '22.
(from what I understand from my dealer)

I do not know this answer, either way only 2 more scheduling blocks for us standard folk

Ford does not even know. I had 5 21 MY Superdutys in the order bank well in advance, placed in October-December and in March Ford asked me to re-submit them as 22 MY. I don’t have a VIN or build date for any of these…

Just realized they will be building '21s through mid-December I believe, so there are definitely more scheduling blocks on the way
