September 1st, Fords annual price increase on their Extended Warranties. That means we are about 1 month away before this takes into effect.

This happens once a year!!!

Last year, prices increased about 5% and roughly $100 or so. As for this increase, we have not received any word from Ford regarding pricing or how much the ESPs will be increased by.

If you're on the fence, I would encourage you to purchase now before the price increases take action TODAY at www.grangerfordextendedwarranty.com. There are also brochures on the site that you can review to see which one best fit you and your vehicle needs.

The entire process will be handled seamlessly online by electronic signature and a secure electronic deposit. Your contract will be in force within 2-3 business days of completion of the deposit and electronic signature. Ford's ESP system is nationwide and will update electronically within their system showing your contract status, so you won't need a paper copy of the contract to bring with you.

Ive had my Bronco 2yrs as of this past Monday. Im just shy of 31k miles. Do I need to purchase before I hit 36k or can I wait a little longer?

With the price increase, it is always better to purchase before the price jumps. When it comes to an ESP, the mileage goes off of the current mileage and extends the coverage, so either way it would go off of 31k or 36k.

What I was trying to ask is do I need to purchase before my warranty expires or can I buy later? If I wait too long after will I still be able to purchase? Im not concerned about the price increase right now.

If you wait until your warranty ends, an inspection will be needed before the ESP can begin.

If you purchase the warranty and say a few years later sell the Bronco, can you get a prorated refund on the time not used? Would be a selling point for a private party but trade in not so much.
