Ford please do a roller test on a non differential locker Bronco to demonstrate the capability of the Goats modes. I hope with the years that you had Land Rover under your belt it would be a beast like them.

Noob questions to follow:

Would anyone mind giving either a link to something or briefly explaining what the system is doing differently for each mode?

Also, how is it getting off of the rollers? Why don't the tires just spin?

Would love to see ANY official videos of a assembly line completed Bronco doing pretty much anything.
Oh, and let’s get all of the colors out there for us to see on a Bronco. Maybe some people will be attracted to another color besides my long time favorite, A51. ?

Rollers test have embarrassed many manufacturers drive systems. Subaru usually does very well on these test, those guys have pretty much perfected the all wheel drive system.

Totally agree...subaru, tesla, and land rovers nailed wheel modulation without lockers.

That info would be nice... it's getting off the rollers because the computer on it is able to sense traction loss on the rollers and transfer it to the wheels with grip, without cutting power like most traction control.

Yes, I've been annoyed about the zero coverage of the base but that's how it is. Ford doesn't want to sell a base model. Evidence by then just calling it a base and not even trying with a cute name lol.

To me its whether I can get away from sasquatch and do the lux package. I just dont want to be stuck with an awd system made for mall crawling in the snow and cant get off three rollers like a highlander....i think itll be sufficient if it can get off three rollers for me..

Sorry I am uninformed, but what is the purpose of a "roller test"? I'm catching up on google, but still confused. Different from chassis dyno how?

The roller test shows how it can apply power to the wheel that has traction when others are in the air or with no traction. Can it put the power to the wheel that needs it to move you along....
