Uh,... 10A 2.7L sas....LOL> I get that. So which option should I choose?
Eta: Damn......
Eta2: since 2.7L Sasquatch is standard, that's what Wildtrack buyers are getting.

Why not 10A 2.7L with my model's standard tires? Which on the WildTrak are Sasquatch tires. This is what I'm confused about.Uh,... 10A 2.7L sas....
^^^ Totally gets it ^^^Yeah that's a tricky one. You WT people are going to mess with the stats!
Fixed OP with edit. Why not 10A 2.7L with my model's standard tires? Which on the WildTrak are Sasquatch tires. This is what I'm confused about.

You left out the folks who are not interested in Squatching, won't go for the 2.3L but would take a Manual on the 2.7L. I don't know that is a large number but there are some.Very true.
But also notice that the Base 7M take rate is very typical for today. under 7%.
Only the Sasquatch drives the take rate up.
Hard question for Ford: would a 2.7L Mansquatch add enough new sales to the equation to offset the cannibalized 2.3L Mansquatch sales to be worth it?
Look again. The 7M 2.7L choice doesn't specify Squatch or not.You left out the folks who are not interested in Squatching, won't go for the 2.3L but would take a Manual on the 2.7L. I don't know that is a large number but there are some.
At the time of this post, going 2.3L 10A noSquatch looks like it would put you in the under 5% of production club.I'll see what the exact cost ends up being but I'm planning on the Badlands 2.3L and 10A. I may consider the 2.7L if it doesn't impact the price too much. I still haven't decided on Buy or Lease and may not know any details on lease payments until late spring / early summer '21.
I'm okay with that. The Badlands will have 33s with lots of bells and whistles. Coming from a JKU to a 2 door Bronco (with the 2.3L) the hp and torque will be similar. HP will be a little less and torque will be a little more in the Bronco. If I can get the V6 without spending a lot of $, great. If not, I'm fairly confident that set up will be okay.At the time of this post, going 2.3L 10A noSquatch looks like it would put you in the under 5% of production club.
