900LX. Nicest flying pax jet I’ve flown. What systems did you work on?
Due to company policy I have to keep it vague, let's just say some of the equipment the fa or pax may find useful (sorry, it's a small community of suppliers).

Was Driving on the 15 one day in San Diego and here's a F-104 on a semi
Someone may have called it a F-104 for the cover story, that is a SR-71 shipping container. The F-104 is small, skinny and the wing tips come off easily.

No worries, this industry is all about discretion. Small world either way. If it means anything, probably the most reliable systems in the plane so far have been the CES, lighting, FA station etc. no issues.

I'll play.

These are the day jobs. The owner's old HJ's tail was N420DD... According to him, "all you need is life is good weed and fat titties." Word is the wife made him change it when he got a new one.

What’s your thoughts on the Honda? It’s on my lottery list.

Pictures from work. A320 and A321's. Few old school Mig and Hind shots (still operating by way) while in Cuba.

Not a pilot, but I've worked for Skyharbour in Goderich refinishing plane (and War planes), then some time building Found Bush planes..
Still have some ties... Did a recarpet job on a Falcon 900 a couple of weeks ago at Pearson International.
Now a grind bearings for jet engines in my current job.

It’s a D21 Drone. Google it as it has some interesting history and was mounted to the SR-71
When I first looked at it, I thought the same. I couldn’t really see what section of the aircraft itself It was. But, shape and color were correct. They made so few I figured couldn’t be the drone and lost at least one I believe. I‘m in agreement with you, but what a find!

My bad editing....the black and photo is from the A-12 (YF-12?) when it was transported to Edward AFB(?). Fast forward to the 21st century when I saw the 104 on a flat bed sans the wings. Found out later it was being shipped over seas via San Diego Port.

Not the best shots but I took my kiddo to Martin State/Warfield ANG during Fleet Week in 2018 and he got to see an A4 (or close enough) like his great grandfather flew, a couple other great warbirds, a CF-18 land and refuel, and the got to sit in a CAP Cessna. And of course he got to see the Thunderbirds takeoff and do some formations before they flew down to the Inner Harbor.

Working on a trip once to Eglin test range, I was standing on the edge of some field armament setting up a beacon when an F-4 came in at 500 mph to paint it, 100 feet over my head, I almost fell off, that sucker was loud with the mist ripping off the wings, end of F-4 stories.
