Are the front speakers (dash) in the lux package component or coaxial? I can't really find any information to verify what exactly is up there. I know on the base sound system, they use a 4" but the diagrams posted here by others suggest that it might contain some type of component setup.

Not a ton but it does look like the few I've seen have just been replaced by 4" coaxial speakers. Looks like we are still waiting on a lot of aftermarket support for correct speaker adapters and more.
I think you're right, it won't be long before we see stereo installation specialists advertise "packages" at differing price points to upgrade both the standard and the B&O systems with selected components that are a proper fit physically and sonically for the Bronco.

Found this video yesterday and I think it addresses most of my questions. Still looking forward to more aftermarket support.

For reference, here are the B&O speakers, other than the sub and center channel.
Bottom left is dash, top left is rear.

Yes.
Focal PC100 dash and rear, Focal PC165 kick panels.
Did it make much of a difference? Louder? Clearer? I am looking for more bass from the B&O, but think it's generally a good system.
I didn't think the rears were the same as the dash. Ok to put coaxial in the rear?

Only issue with coaxials in the rear is the tweeter protrusion prevents the grills from reattaching. My change doesn't help with the bass obviously, but it sounds much better IMO.

Switching out the kick panels made the biggest difference. Mostly because they are really intended for mids, but tend to muddy vocals and other ranges a lot of the time.

Here is a quick video that demonstrates the B&O kick panel vs Focal. Note dash speakers had already been replaced

Are you working on anything for a subwoofer? In my 2017 F150 I was able to replace the stock Sony subwoofer with a Kicker shallow mount version. I never ran power to it but a lot of people added a small amp and said that it was even better when powered. I wonder if any company will eventually come out with a solution for a replacement for the subwoofer.

Also, I'm curious if the B&O system limits frequencies to the pod speakers in the back? Would be interesting if those could be overridden with forscan or if it requires something like the NavTV unit.

Rear speakers are powered from the head unit, so assuming they may be limited.
I haven't started looking at the sub, really trying to not add anything that will take up cargo area. Possibly finding a shallow dual voice coil sub to replace the existing, or maybe custom box to fit in where the exist is, but haven't taken it apart back there to look. I'll probably live with what I have for a while. Not looking for a lot of boom, but something a little tighter would be nice.

That is much clearer with the Focal. Might be speaker shopping soon...
Thanks!

I had read about issues with tweeter hitting the speaker grills in the kick panels too, so I modeled and 3D printed an adapter that is shallower than the metra adapters and have no clearance issues.

So if I am going to upgrade (slowly), I should start with the kick panel speakers? Is install pretty straightforward?
