I think metal emblems of any kind like these would be popular. If they were cut to the size of the OEM badge shapes, then engraved with a design like yours, they would be SUPER popular. I think you're safe. But in case it helps on other designs, I will share an anecdote from a dealer who asked me to design logos for their customers. When they passed the first design to a Ford rep for approval, Ford did not want them using even a silhouette of the vehicle. That said, I am pretty confident that, unless you were showing the signature aspects of the vehicle, like the headlights and/or grille with lettering, you are good to go.
