I've seen it mentioned in a couple of threads and didn't really see a thread in this....who would rather have a Baby Squatch? Or is the Badlands a baby Squatch?

What is your idea of a Baby Squatch if its not a Badlands?

My thought would be 235/85R16 or a touch wider and taller 255/75R17, or something in that range of a tire/wheel combo. Torsen LSD rear-end with an open M210 front. 4.27 gearing. Setup light to run with the 2.3 and be a burner with the 2.7.

After looking at this, I guess my idea may be more of rally raid than Sasquatch.

Anyone have any thoughts?

You could be right.....but wouldn't the two major differences be the 1) disconnect and 2) 35" tires? I may be missing something though.

I really don't need either one of those.....probably don't really need 33"s either, hence the idea of a "Baby Squatch" and what it means to people.

Yeah, but the Squatch will look awesome while getting beat!?
Would probably depend on the setting....still think the Squatch is more of a speed machine than rock crawler. Badlands as more of a do it all.

How so....Not asking to be a smart ass. Do you think then that open diffs in 4H would be better? I'll probably never see rocks or conditions that need a full locker, but will spend a couple months out of the year in slush.

I think calling the Badlands a baby Squatch is a little insulting to the Badlands.

There is only one Baby Bronco/baby Sasq and it is no other than

U don't need lsd for slush, or heavy snow for that matter. You would never miss not having it. The selectables are nice for that exact reason...100%open when not in use...100%locked when needed...which is rarely...but really needed!

Not 37's but I believe your general gist!!! I have considered them actually. If I went that route I'd do a Badlands Sport with lift and 31's. I just want to be able to go convertible or door-less or both also!
