Check out Gothic, Colorado (Summer or Fall)

Insanely beautiful

Keep driving North from Mt. Crested Butte until you can't, then keep going in your Squatch

I'll second that thought, but full disclosure I live in Mt. CB. :) In the 2nd snapshot below MT. Crested Butte is in the Distance and the townsite of Gothic is in the middle of the valley. The road in the Valley floor gives access to a bunch of equally stunning valleys some needing 4x4 and high clearance, others not.

The first one is looking a bit more west. BTW the road I'm standing on for these is probably one of the first little mild off-road bits I'll likely take the Bronco on when I get it home. It's one of the nearby places we usually take out of town visitors. That kind of use is one reason why we're going with th 4dr. Most of our friends are old enough to have outgrown the days of climbing in the back of a 2dr anything. I'm really looking forward to doing this with th roof and doors off.

Engineer pass - start in Lake City end up in Ouray. Did this on a stock FJ Cruiser no problem. Super scenic and fun.

Hey everyone, long time Colorado resident and off-roader here and I JUST learned about B6G. I ordered a Badlands Sasquatch Lux the 2nd day reservations came out. I've been a long time Toyota fan having an FJ Cruiser for 10 years and now a 4Runner but they are very under powered, under geared and very behind on interior and engine tech. They're reliable but I'm ready to move on.

Anyways, here are pics of just a fraction of my favorite Colorado trails that we can all take our vessels to adventure on once we get them. Hit me up and I'll take you there in our new rad Bronco's!

There is an app onX Offroad has tons of trails all over the U.S. with pictures and difficulty ratings. It’s about $30 a year but really informative.

Those places look gorgeous, we're in a much as we can. I'll be tagging along in a stock BD for the foreseeable future, so I'll be out of it requires 35s, but i think it would be a great time for all of us to get together and do some trails. I'm a complete newbie... so I'll apologize now. Lol.

It's all good, most all these trails are doable with 33s or even 285s. The only thing you need to ensure with smaller tires is that you get skid plates incase you're doing something rocky. And if you have a spotter it'll make things even easier. 👍

Well, we'll have the skid plates from the factory that are also on the BL, so at least we'll have that! Looks like fun.
