Nice, it was a lot of fun. We would totally do it again. There is light at the end of the tunnel. Ours rolled off the assembly line on Saturday and we got the pic this morning.
Yes sir. I figured we would be able to do it again. I tried to register for another go and it was a no go, unless I place another order...... I figured at some point they would just open it up.

I realize I will be in the minority here, I dislike the look of just massive tires. I even am thinking SAS is just too large (33's are the sweet looking spot for me).

Nice work on your build, I don't want to deter from your personal ride!
You’re 100% right most people only get the biggest tires available because bigger must always better, plus that’s what everyone else is doing… it is ultimately everyone’s choice on their own rigs obviously, I think 37s are a bit much for my taste but I’m of the opinion this rig will look better once lifted. OP is at least using it for what it’s intended for so 37s are probably warranted.

I have a lift just have not installed it yet. Took delivery just over 3 weeks ago. Picked up some 37x12.50r17 Thompson Baja Boss MTs and Black Rhino Garison Beadlocks with 0 offset. Plan on installing 2 inch lift this weekend. 2.3 Eco with 7 speed manual. Still managing just over 20 mpg mixed driving here in thin air Colorado. I did have cut about 3/4" of the factory slider off for the tires to clear at full lock(pic below). But I already put 250 miles on it with no lift rubs inner fender sometimes at full lock and hit bump. Hopefully lift Saturday and Wheeling on Sunday. 😎

The non sas Badlands has the same suspension as the Sasquatch. It actually has more travel. The SAS has a spacer that limits the travel to compensate for the 35's
I almost dropped my Sasquatch package from my Badlands build. So I read a lot of reports on Non-Sasquatch Badlands have some clearance issues in the skid plates are getting beat up pretty quick.

Well, I'm going to Nevada OffRodeo on Saturday and I will learn first hand what everything has. I will change if need be.

Looks good. But I see there is no clearance Clarence.
Curious what your axle ratios are?
SAS has 4.7, guessing to help with bigger tires, etc.
SAS also has iron case front locker diff.
WIll 37's break that case or something else under high load, especially with oversize tires?
If an expert could chime in I would appreciate it.
These trucks are exciting because they can be modified with so many goodies, in a year or more I can't wait to see what is offered!
But I plan to drive for thousands of miles to go to my favorite states like Utah, Montana, Idaho, Colorado, etc so this set up, for me is just not viable.
Please update with your mods, interested to see how things go. Nice truck.

I have 4.70 gears and same cast steel front diff. So not sure what you are referring to. You can order Badlands with two different ratios. I got the 4.70 cause I knew I would throw bigger tires on right away.

Took a trip to Comanche National Grasslands for a little hiking. Got jump the Bronco off a few berms. It was pretty fun. After the lift the gas mileage has dropped. It's hovering right around 20. Can't complain about that. 😎

How are you calculating your MPG? Your onboard calculation is no longer accurate. Your Speedo/odometer are no longer accurate. I seriously doubt you are getting 20mpg with those wheels/tires.
