The factory 35's are wider than what I plan to run. The 11.5" wide should fit perfect with no lift, and keep full suspension travel. Especially with the beadlock capable wheels.
That will be tight, my tires come close to the flares when flexed and I have 5/8” worth of spacer on all four corners. I am running the 315/70 KO2s, non-Sasquatch badlands.

I chose non Squatch, because I love the Badlands wheels, and I dont need beadlocks, not to mention I dont care for the Sasquatch wheels. Also, at the time, manual wasnt available with Squatch. The stock Badlands still sits fairly high, and I think it looks great as is.
I have since swapped some 35's(315's) on my rig, and they fit pretty well. No lift or spacers. Haven't had a chance to hit the rocks yet, unfortunately. Mine is equipped with the 7MT, 4.7 gears. Gears are super deep.

I am very happy(obsessed) with my Non Squatch BL. It's perfect.

I ordered a 4-door non-SAS Badlands with the optional wheels and plan to stick with that for the life of the Bronco. It'll be a daily driver, so less noise, more miles, less width, and less height (for parking garages) are positives.

I'm not normally a "grey" guy (and less so since it seems like manufacturers offer 9 or so colors but at least 4 are always some kind of grey) but I admit that Carbonized Grey is really sharp. If I wasn't such a fan of blue and with VB hitting it for me I'd have seriously considered CG - especially in the 2dr. Nice match with the wheels, too - what are those?

Those are the RTR Tech 6 17x9 +30 offset in shadow charcoal. I also have other shoes for different occasions.

LOL, OK, I feel a bit better about having 3 sets of wheels for my '99 vette - the original "wagon wheels", the "high polish" takeoffs and the '04 Z06 takeoffs. Wagon wheels for drivin' and parking (and curb rash or whatnot), hi-po's for styling, and Z06's for trackin'!

my only complaint about the badlands is i never liked the grey grille. Mine has been modded pretty far now. I did the gloss black wildtrak grille with carbonized grey letters, gloss black mirror and door handles and gloss black outer banks fender flares.

I’ve had a Non Sasquatch Badlands for about a year. I’m not a fan of the Sasquatch rims and tires so that kinda bothered me. I did the off rodeo in Moab with a Non Sas Badlands.

I take mine off road. I have yet to scrap anything on the middle of the vehicle.

Loving my non-sas with 2.7L. Only thing I've scraped on so far is baby pine trees. I'll challenge it more and more as time goes on. I may do 35s eventually, however loving as-is for a daily.

Spent many drunken evenings comparing a SAS Black Diamond v Non SAS BL (since they were similar price) and ordered the non SAS BL. Now have SAS envy post Off Roadeo. That said I think I’ll be happy with 34s once the stocks wear out.

I think that 33.5"-34" tires are just about a perfect compromise. I know that I could fit 35's on mine, but it's really not necessary. I can wheel hard enough with the 33.5's to get myself into more than enough trouble, bigger tires would just encourage me to push it further. All you really need to fit the 34.5" Sasquatch size tires is to remove the crash bars... maybe go to a 0 offset wheel (but that's probably overkill). I have a ton of room with the 33.5" tires and the crash bars removed (although I haven't flexed it with the sway bar disconnected - that may challenge it).

I went BL/SAS because I know I would try to build it up like I did my Jeep. More costly that buying direct from the FORD. And comes with the warranty. love my 2015 JKU sport that I turned into a Rubicon....but costs more for lift, lockers, tires, regearing etc.....
