If anyone was wondering what a NON-SAS Badlands looks like with RC 1 inch level, and true 35's.

Looks good, did you need the lift or was it to level?
You can run 35's on a stock badlands but the one-inch level is cheap. just pull the crash bars and your good to go.

I wasn't sure if the full 35's exceeded the limits. I don't know that I ever will go that big, but good to know (I have zero interest in a lift). I may look for some 17" take off's for 285/75/17 "pizza cutters" for winter tires, depending on my mileage and condition of the current 33s. That's most often when I would use the extra ground clearance here in MI and wider is often not better (mostly sand in the summer).

I've seen guys run 305's (34's Pizza cutters) and it looks awesome.

I like the look, I think it will be a good winter tire option too. Curious if I can fit it on the stock wheel with crash bars. My local tire dealer is pretty cool, they will likely test fit them for me. So far the 33s have been able to hang pretty well 👍🏽 Most of my time off road has been with a mix of Broncos, from bone stock base models to custom 2drs with 37s.

Yeah, and even if you want to keep the crash bars and the stock ones don't fit 4WP has a nice kit to keep the bars, and run bigger wheels.

In my mind, that’s really the best option for me. I was already pronounced dead at the scene of an accident and then revived and life-flighted after a car crash. Completely removing “crash-bars” makes me a bit queasy 🤕
At the risk of asking a dumb question. What are crash bars and why are most people on B6G so cavalier about removing them? My gut instinct would not be to saw off something safety related so I can squeeze in another half inch of tire.

They are what I would call "intrusion bars". they are fore and aft of the tires and they are designed to absorb energy, particularly in an off-set collision. Ford actually removes the front bars on the Sasquatch package, which probably doesn't create a failure in crash testing (might lower the front off set score?), but can't help but lower the level of safety to some extent. I think that's part of the reason people feel OK about removing them.

Put it this way. If you order a bronco with the SAS package, they come from the factory without the front crash bars..

Looks good. Does the level just raise the front? Are those +30 offset wheels?

You can see them here, and they’re intended to help prevent cab intrusion
