I am a little jealous that once my bronco came in mid-february there wasnt a big enough snow to go have some fun here in northern illinois. The most snow we got is the picture you see for my profile

ah, well that can be fun with a little snow too. We get a few months where it's just impossible to get out theres so much. We have another storm coming tonight with another 8 inches of snow.

Well done. Great job getting the kiddo out to the trails! Mine is already asking me, "can we camp on the roof of the Bronco?". And..."can we go fishing in the rivers?" Now, I haven't camped much since Boy Scouts and I really don't fish much either. BUT...if it builds the family-unit, it's a done deal! Cheers.

I figured out that's it's easier for me to say

"hey honey, I'm going to spend the day with our son on Saturday"

than "hey honey, I'm going off-roading all day Saturday"

Love it! And how fun to have the kiddo along for the ride. Airing down seemed to help a bit but nothing you can do without chain or tracks in snow that deep.
