Day 4 ownership.
Sorry, haven’t been able to get off the road yet, but met my daughter in her Outer Banks in Columbus, Texas this afternoon. Round trip 139 miles. Didn’t do the I-10 thing, did all back roads, speeds 55 to 65 and stopping at intersections in all the little towns. City driving getting the 10 miles out of Houston. I do drive VERY conservatively. A good thing about getting older is slowing down and just enjoying the driving experience.
There was little traffic on the roads and I only had to make one TWIN TURBO pass. Holy crap, easy peasy! Not the usual down shift to 4000 RPM….
Anyway, I was able to get 19.9 MPG round trip. Pretty impressed with that!!! Pretty impressed with the vehicle overall!!!
