Badlands Sasquatch - Lift/Wheel/Tire Change

I’m about to receive my Badlands Sasquatch and want to install:
- Zone Off-road Lift (3” front, 2” back)
- 18x9 -12 MM offset wheels
- Baja Boss AT (35.3 inches)

do you foresee any tire rubbing issues by going from the stock +30mm offset to a -12MM offset and also increasing the tire size from the stock 34.4 tires to the 35.3 inch tire?
