Hey Everyone, I'm pretty new to traveling with a trailer so I wanted to see if anyone could give me some pointers. I was hoping to travel across the country for 6 months - year, and wanted to take the Bronco with a travel trailer. I don't need much in terms of camper, and I know it needs to be quite light, but is there anything you would recommend? I know the Bronco's aren't used specifically for hauling trailers, but I plan to go somewhere in driving distance to a bunch of spots I want to hit, dropping the trailer off at campsites or friends I know across the country, and heading to those places.

Should I shy away from the Squatch, or does that matter?
Should I go for the Towing package?
Any other advice is appreciated.

You could be waiting a few months for the aftermarket to come out with a hitch. You don't get much bang for your buck on the $600 "tow package" but at least you can start towing day one.

Very true, and that's what I was thinking
