DO you have pics of this?
Actually if you scroll up one post from where your question landed, I have pictures and description of the whole process of removing the plastic filler blocks and reassembling. If you have any questions about it feel free to ask. I just did it yesterday (Sunday).

First off, your build is looking amazing. Any chance I could get the total height of your bronco. And how the ride compares to stock.
Again nice job.

Thanks! The total height with soft top up is 79” at the tallest brace. The ground clearance is 19” at sliders, rear bumper tow rings and front skid plate. The ride has been good so far. It’s a little squishier than it was before at Highway speeds but not bad. I don’t know if the difference is because of the lift or the additional sidewall on the tire. The KO2s are dead quiet. I’m really liking these tires so far.

Fabbed up a nifty little hidden flag mount from some scrap aluminum angle.

79 in. yaaaah, I was afraid of that. The garage I park in for work is 6-6"(78"). Well, 35's here I come....bright side is that their cheaper, lol.

For all who were wondering about rubbing on my 37s at full articulation, there is none from what I could tell. I was at full articulation many times yesterday with no rub anywhere.
Also, I love these wheels and tires. I ran 9-10 lbs of pressure yesterday through all kinds of obstacles. The only time I slipped a tire all day was when my rear shock mounts hung up on a ledge (I need to get some skids for those). Even then, I backed up once and bumped it and went right over.

They were folding over rocks and ledges, gripping and grabbing. I was very impressed.

I used Forscan. I’ve made several changes using forscan since I got it. This one is a little more complicated but doable. There’s a post in the forums that explains how to do it but you’ll need both the initial post and another set of instructions posted by someone else around page 37 of the replies to complete it. Works perfect now though 👍

I used Forscan on my raptor so I’m familiar but never had to do tire size change. Thanks for the reply. I’d rather do that than buy a whipple tuner just to do it.

Built a new mount for my recovery boards. Now I just need a stop for the tailgate so I doesn’t swing into the tail light.

Had them strapped to the back of the spare before which worked great except for the sail they created at 80mph. Didn’t come loose but I could feel them. This should be a lot more aerodynamic.

I finally made up my mind that I wanted the OEM Mod bumper for the front along with the new Rough Country Winch mount for it. It’s really high and tight which I like. I set an alert on ebay for takeoff mod bumpers and caught one this morning at 5am for $580. Super pumped about that. Ordered the winch and winch mount but they’re back ordered until September 25th so I’ll go winchless for the rest of the summer. Better not get stuck 😉

Awesome build ! Did you go with the xl or xl long on the Rok blokz? Did they help with the chipping ? I’m planning on similar lift with the same 37 tires.

I went with the XL long RokBlokz. They did help with the chipping but to be honest, what helped even more was going to a different tire. Those Goodyear M/Ts are some rock throwing son of a guns.
