What do I need to order to get the exact set up in that photo?

The lights in the modular bumper and the lights sitting atop the bumper.

I'm getting a 2 Door Badlands. Is it the Amber upfitter or amber toggle? Is there a kit for the bumper lights that includes all six?

That is the linkable kit for the bumper and includes all lights and brackets and is availabe with harness containing a toggle switch or a harness allowing install with the factory upfitter/aux switches.
