So for a complete lighting noob, which 4"ish pod spots would you recommend for the bronco mirror cowl location? I guess I never thought about the hood being in the way. Which spot highs are you referring to?A spread beam high is going to light up your hood... I'm doing spot beam high, combo on bumper and the Baja insert kit for fog, combo and ditch lights
I got these powered this morning, it’s not night time yet haha…..soon!They look high quality, but without a night picture....
My Bronco is a 2.3 and Webasto is still making my engine coverExcellent information. Is your Bronco a 2.3 or 2.7? Did it not come with an engine cover?
Negative, I should have take a picture of the mirror cover removed but unless you notch the top piece, there is nowhere to run the wires inside that mount.I thought you could run the wiring inside the mirror mount?
Excellent response!! I wonder if a Mustang EcoBoost engine cover would mount up?My Bronco is a 2.3 and Webasto is still making my engine cover
Baja LP series and KC Era 4 had amber back lightinfDo these have an amber light when not running the main LED fog? That would be awesome. Is there anything like this on the market if not? One that may require two AUX switches which is fine with me!
Kc era 4 in spot with amber back lightingSo for a complete lighting noob, which 4"ish pod spots would you recommend for the bronco mirror cowl location? I guess I never thought about the hood being in the way. Which spot highs are you referring to?
Awesome, thank you. Have you ordered yours already? Whats the best price you've found?Kc era 4 in spot with amber back lighting
Sorry if I missed from another question/response…did you buy direct from Baja Designs or a 3rd party? The rigid pod lights are a nice size, I was liking those initially. The diode dynamic lights are great, I think they were a bit less than the BD (for what I was looking at). I’ll get pics on this post once I finish wiring them up. The total out the door cost for the Baja Designs set up was $362.
I'm going direct they offer a military discount. 33 years of active duty I get a little off plus their bronco specific is pre orderSorry if I missed from another question/response…did you buy direct from Baja Designs or a 3rd party?
