Thanks for the correction. I was sure the driver said hammerbuilt on both the gascan/water mount and the chase light bracket. My bad!
No worries - It still got me the answer, in an indirect way lol :)

So they were quick to respond. This isn't their bracket, but one by Baja Designs, so I'll check out their site.

They do have a cool one from Hammerbilt though, which mounts onto their cargo door re-enforcement bracket:

you won't have to take your light off to remove the spare with this HB one.

I can't remember how I found them, maybe a sponsored post on Facebook. They mainly take Ford Raptor owners down there for hardcore desert running, this was their first time with Broncos. They are a legit company and worth every penny-they take care of you. If you wanted to go alone on the dirt roads, I would strongly not recommend it the first time, you will get lost. If you're just driving the highways, you should be fine. But unless you speak Spanish you'll have a hard time finding routes to the beach. I think you're a hundred times safer in Baja Mexico than in the central portion of Mexico. Cartel is very weak in the Baja area (is what I was told from a person that visits the area frequently) But as a big group, we always felt safe. But to keep your bronco safe I would stay at the resorts and not the hotels in towns. They have security. I think we only drove about 250-300 miles into Mexico to somewhere around Punta Baja (I think).
Thanks for sending this over. Had no idea this was even a thing!

I had a great trip from Arkansas to California to meet up with 13 other bronco enthusiast for a 4 day excursion through parts of the Baja California, Mexico peninsula last week. Before I made it to San Diego I ventured through OK, TX, NM, UT, AZ on a roundabout visiting places I knew I'd enjoy. But it's ALOT of gas fill-ups cause the bronco has such a small tank, but was worth it.

Here's a video of the trip to and some of the expedition. We are traveling in Mexico at such a fast pace it's tough to get pictures and videos of the other rigs. While there we drive hard and fast on Score International Baja 500 and 1000 trails and other roads that get us to our daily destinations. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

One of my videos of the journey-

That video of your convoy exiting the parking lot en route to this trip....Maybe the coolest thing I've laid my eyes on.

Did you try the burritos at the border while waiting to cross back over? Were they any good? Oh, the pic and vids are cool too. LOL. It looks like it was a super fun trip.

Not off topic at all. EXO told us we needed a passport. When I came back through the border I gave the border patrol my drivers license not thinking about it. He gladly took it started to scan it and asked if I had a passport which I pulled out of my bag and gave it. He said it just "made things easier" with the passport. So I think it must take longer to verify a real drivers license but still should work. But I would get on the border patrol website to verify it for sure.

Great work on the video.. looks like it was a blast!
I've gone on about 3 runs with Jeremiah and the boys at EXO.
They run a super organized operation! Makes it a lot easier to enjoy the great experience, scenery, culture, and especially the food!
