Base 2 door, only 12V power point (cig lighter) in cargo area????

I have a 2 door base....is the only place there is a 12V power point, the cigarette lighter power point, in the "cargo area"??? I have 2 -USB/cell points, I of each in front cubby hole and in rear console back. Do I actually have to plug my GPS in the cargo area...?

Not just Base, I have a 2 door loaded Badlands and the rear is the only place there is a 12 volt receptacle

You could buy an adapter. I have lne that mounts to the mirror and draws power from the mirror.

It's pretty easy to run a wire to the mirror from the fuse box just tucking it under the trim around the windshield on the drivers side, then pull the grab handle to run the wire to the fuse box. Just hook it to a fuse that is powered when the ignition is on with a fuse tap.

Can buy them for a couple bucks on Amazon. I added 2 to mine.

Also if you care to take the plunge.... Smart phone connectivity with sync has surpassed the dedicated GPS devices.... one less device to have to worry about. If not, i'll get of your lawn.

my 2022 base 2 door, 2.3 7mt, has ZERO options...not 1.00 in options. Has power mirrors right by the window switches on the center console.

Not talking about power side mirrors, the rearview mirror on the windshield doesn't have power going to it so you can't tap into it for radar detector power.
