Anybody else interested in having factory fog lights installed in the base bumper like the big bend, etc? Would have to run them to the aux switches but thats ok. I wonder how much the OEM parts will cost........

I'd wait a bit and go aftermarket. Get a kit that is a direct replacement for the factory fogs. They will be better. You'll have to use an aux switch but you know that.

I want to go with older looking rectangular fogs mounted hanging from under the bumper. Picturing it in my head I think I would like it, but it may look like trash.
if the stock bumper has spots to put fogs I guess that would be ideal.

I definitely want to install fog lights in the bumper and it seems there's a cutout where they go. Was wondering if there is a dedicated fog light switch already, although happy to use an Aux switch. I'd like to get the same lights that go into BB & WT.

Any wisdom people can share on this is appreciated

Anybody find a aftermarket kit for this ? Pulled the plastic cover off my Base bumper and it sure looks like a fog light mount is there . Would have to find BB plastic insert's to make it look factory.

Sorry if this has been covered , the search kinda jumps around

Once I get mine, I plan on getting these Diode Dynamics fog lights. Looks like this kit is made as an upgrade for the standard bumper with the round factory fog lights.
But, like you said, and from my research, apparently the base bumper does have the mounting location set up for fog lights. I will probably just have to carefuly dremel out a square hole in that plastic cover.

A bigger question is what is the best way to wire it. The Base does not come with the fog lights button/switch, but I am wondering if it is already pre-wired for fog lights. I ordered mine with aux switches, but apparently all of the aux switch wiring is there even if you didn’t opt for the actual switches. This leads me to think that the fog light wiring might be installed on all Broncos for ease/simplification of production.

If you're looking for a power source for your Bronco not equipped with fog light wiring from the factory.

We would recommend our foglight add-on relay wiring kit. It's suple simple to obtain power from the battery and tap the signal wires to the location of your choice. There are quite a few customers that tap to their low beams to run them all the time with the low beams.

The second option would be our Light Duty Dual Output 2-Pin Offroad Wiring Harness that allows you run a toggle switch through your firewall for control.

The final option would be our OEM Auxiliary Switch Dual-Output 2-Pin Wiring Harness that allows you to use your factory aux switches inside the cab of your Bronco.

Awesome info there, thanks!
I will probably go with the option of taking the signal from the low beams as I usually just leave the fog lights on all the time.
Although it is really cool that you guys already have a harness ready to go for the OEM aux switches.

John, do you have customers who definitively have added the plastic bumper fog light kit to a base model without OEM lights? I need to know if the bracket works, and also I am not confident in cutting the cover without some good measurement instructions or a template. Not trying to use OEM harness, but would need the upfitter harness. Any specific case studies on this? I would love to get the Max yellow fogs on my Base.

Due to the kit being relatively new to the market and many owners still awaiting their Bronco delivery. We haven't had feedback for a base model without OEM lights, yet.

We have had a customer submit an installation video for our SS3 LED Fog Light Kit for 2021 Ford Bronco (w/ Standard Bumper).

I have a pair of Morimoto XB LED Fog Lights laying around and found the stock plastic cover end panels for the plastic bumper from Ford, part no. M2DZ-17E811-DA (left) and M2DZ-17E810-DA (right) that way I do not have to butcher my stock cover end panels

With the Elite series fogs what harness would we need for the Base models? Can you use the fuse block as the power switch for the fogs or is it constant power?
