The long awaited Base Broncos with manual transmission and Sasquatch package (affectionately known around here as "Mansquatch") have recently begun deliveries! Congrats to the lucky few owners so far, and to all of you expectant owners!

Here's a Base Mansquatch owner who recently took delivery:

It’s home. Finally!

So jealous, but happy that now I know they exist. Helluva holdout, but that's why I signed and distributed the petition.

Awesome to see!!

Still wish they didn’t screw up the Sasquatch pricing for the manual transmission. Dumb you have to pay for an automatic transmission without getting one.

You got like two viable options with the way they priced it. Everything else doesn’t make sense from a value-for-your-dollar perspective.
  • 2-door Base Mansquatch
  • Badlands… and Sasquatch it yourself.
EDIT: My admittedly super salty post on the topic from awhile ago:

No, because the 2.7 was developed to work with an automatic. The 2.7 is not paired with a manual in any other product. The 2.3 was designed from the beginning to work with both transmissions and is already produced and sold with manuals in the RS and Mustang.

There many reasons the manual can't be paired with the 2.7 without re-engineering. Someone here wrote a great summery about it, so I won't go into the details.

My base mansquatch finally went into production may 11th. Does this mean I can be hopeful I'll get it soon? 🥺

I understand why they are doing it. Ford never intended to sell a manual Sasquatch and doing so added cost and complexity. If someone really wants a manual transmission Sasquatch, they should look at paying the full price for the package as acceptable because they didn't want to compromise.
