I don’t want sticker overlays. Then it leaves the sides white. I’d rather get the factory black plastic ones and call it a day. I called the dealership and they couldn’t find how to order just the black ones. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Not being snarky but if you're going to remove them for black ones why not paint them yourself?

I’d rather not paint them. I feel like no matter what they’d chip or pit.

Just as a heads up, I believe the letters are sonic welded (melted) to the grill, to remove them you have to drill off the posts. The only way to reattach them is with epoxy.

Just buy a Base grille. It's identical to the Black Diamond, except for the letters.

@BudgetBronco did a video tutorial on painting the grill, he painted his grill white and the letters red. He shows in detail the Bronco letter removal and reattachment. It's on YouTube.

Yup, confirming you have to drill out the letters if you want to swap or paint them. Not too difficult, it can be done, video linked here.

Unless I am missing it, I am unable to locate the Black letters by looking up the part # (
Part# M2DB-8B224-BBW) suggested??? Are there Black ones available to purchase? I removed the white ones.. considering painting or just purchasing replacements (pending price)
